DIP Nails
During a dip nails service, any existing nail polish is removed, and the nails are gently buffed to ensure a smooth surface. A clear adhesive base coat is then applied, serving as a foundation for the subsequent steps. Each nail is individually dipped into a finely milled, pigmented powder of the client's choice, with excess powder carefully tapped off. This dipping process is repeated, usually two or three times, to achieve the desired color and thickness. A liquid activator is applied to initiate a chemical reaction, solidifying the powder and creating a strong bond. After the nails have been set, they are shaped and buffed for the preferred length and smoothness. A clear, protective top coat is added to seal and safeguard the color, and the nails are left to air-dry.
